For hygiene and quality assurance, Waisted by Design does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on waist beads that have been worn, tried on, opened, or removed from their original packaging.

All custom, made-to-order, and personalized waist beads offered by Waisted by Design™ are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate measurements at checkout. Waisted by Design is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect measurements submitted by the customer. Please review all sizing guidance prior to completing your purchase.

Waist beads are delicately handcrafted and designed for adornment purposes only. Natural wear, stretching, snagging, weight fluctuation, exposure to moisture, or prolonged tension may result in breakage and does not constitute a manufacturing defect.
